Message	I posted this yesterrday on 3ZC.com GMS Racing has closed their doors. Chip has had my car since Sept 16, 2003 and has not finished the project that he wanted to do. He has emailed me to picked up my car (which is still in pieces) which he will leave in front of his shop by Monday morning. He contacted me after this past Christams telling me that he wuld not be able to make his project work so we agreed on installing a set of turbos from his web site. He has given me excuse after excuse about why my car is not finished. He will not answer phone calls. He rarely answers emails. I tried to call him again today and his voice mail was full. It has reached the point were I am seeking to take legal action against him. I have held my tongue because the guy was having finacial problems and I did not want to make things worse. Now he has crossed me and I will no longer hold my tongue. Bottom line this guy has made two agreements with me and has welched on both. He owes me money and he did not finish the job. FYI: For anyone under the impression that Brad of Z Solutions was Chip's partner, that is FALSE. Brad has no affiliation with GMS Racing other than they share a building. Brad is in no way responsible for Chip or GMS Racing's business.
